Thank you for shopping with Junkyard Bunnie LLC! We're excited to send your quirky treasures hopping your way. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Your order will be processed and prepped for shipping within 1-3 business days. Custom orders might take a little longer (even bunnies need time to create masterpieces!). Please refer to each product listing regarding shipping information.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays when our bunnies take well-deserved breaks.
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it ships faster than a bunny can twitch its nose!
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Please refer to each product listing regarding shipping information.
- Standard Shipping: estimated 3-8 business days via USPS.
- Expedited Shipping: Upgrade your shipping method at check-out.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping (our bunnies love to be generous!)
International Shipping
Please refer to each product listing regarding shipping information.
- Standard International: estimated 7-21 business days via USPS.
- Expedited International: Upgrade your shipping method at check-out.
- Countries Served: We ship to most countries! If yours isn't available at checkout, email us and our bunnies will investigate.
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping costs (even magic bunnies can't control customs!).
Shipping Address
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Our delivery bunnies are smart, but they can't find you without the right address!
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please email us immediately at orders@shopjunkyardbunnie.com. We'll do our best to update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Package Issues
- Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact us. Our detective bunnies will hop right on the case!
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
Holiday Shipping
- During peak holiday seasons, please allow for additional processing and shipping time.
- We'll post holiday shipping deadlines on our website and social media.
