At Junkyard Bunnie LLC, we want you to love your quirky treasures as much as we loved creating them! If something's not quite right, we're here to help.
Return Timeline
- 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return. After that, even our magic bunnies can't hop back in time!
- NO RETURNS FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Return Eligibility
- Unused Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging when possible.
- Not Eligible: Custom/personalized items, digital downloads, and items marked as final sale.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos.
How to Start a Return
- Email orders@shopjunkyardbunnie.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions faster than a bunny can... well, multiply!
- Package your item securely (please don't stuff it in a hat like a magician).
- Ship your return using a trackable method.
Refund Processing
- Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return (we inspect with care, not with carrots), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

No exchanges allowed.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- For defective items, we'll provide a prepaid return label faster than a bunny can wiggle its nose.
